Because flowers are perishable and made to order, all sales of fresh floral arrangements are final and non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet reasonable quality expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the arrangement. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

Please note that flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in color, size, shape, and availability. Substitutions may be made when necessary while preserving the overall look and value of the arrangement.
